About the Item
This stunning Edwardian bombé ring typically shows off the abilities of the new metal of the period- platinum. As platinum is such a strong metal, it could be worked into the finest of curving three dimensional shapes with delicate lacy swirling and floral openwork designs. This pretty ring displays these attractive characteristics very well.
The larger centre stone weight approximately 0.80 ct and is surrounded by 8 smaller Diamonds weighing approximately 0.80 ct and many smaller Diamonds.
The ring is currently size 53/13 (American ring size 6.5) but can be easily resized.
