After acquiring her first seal, she became fascinated by the artistry and craftsmanship in these small, detailed etchings, leading her to restore and re-frame them into wearable art. Through Seal Scribe, Shari sources these treasures from around the globe, restoring them with a blend of traditional and modern techniques, setting them in handcrafted gold and platinum designs. Shari's background includes degrees in Fine Arts and a 30-year career in International Relief and Development, serving across Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. Her passion for collecting seals grew as a way to unwind after stressful assignments, and in 2016, Seal Scribe was born. The pandemic allowed Shari to focus on growing her business full time.
