Old Men Signet Ring hand- made in Copenhagen , DK in early early 1920s. Band with hallmarks 585 , MOE of the maker. Worn names engraved : Astrid , August , dated 4.10 / 22 Crown is 15 mm long x 6 mm deep . Band is solid 14ct Yellow Gold with accurately and identically hand - engraved sophisticated ornaments on the shoulders that that give this ring unique appearance . Bezel set square cut natural Red Carnelain stone considered to be an ideal medium for the art of intaglio and relief carving. The body of the stone is dark Red measuring 13 mm x 12 mm x 3 mm deep / ca. 7 ct. Top side of the stone is flat and faceted on the edges with back side open. In fine used condition considering its age. Wear to ornaments. Stone with minor scratches . Size : Ø 9 US / 18.89 mm. It can be sized up or down for additional payment. Weight : 11.2 grams.
