The anterior face has a hinged, push fit concealed compartment, which lifts to reveal an impressive painted enamel portrait of a ladies profile, wearing characteristic period clothing. The flared, elevated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
