About the Item
We are offering a yellow gold Russian Signet Ring identified as 14K gold by the 583 mark. The 583 mark was used in Russia between 1922 and 1991, during the period of of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). The mark became 585 after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. The additional marks include the initials of the maker in cyrillic and an incised hammer and sickle in a star, the Russian symbol for communism. The ring is size 8 1/2 but can be sized.
There may be some reflections on the photos caused by our light box; however the gold band has no dark spots or imperfections.
