About the Item
Old mine diamond solitaire ring. Set to center with an impressive cushion shape old mine diamond, O to P colour, SI1 clarity, with a weight of 10.07 carats in an open back claw setting, to a magnificent solitaire design featuring curving double claws, an ornately decorated gallery with heart motifs and circular open backholing, leading to raised carved shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shaped shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, circa 1905, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #2225641680.
