About the Item

A Ring with wide shoulders and flower crown featuring a claw set natural old *European diamond cut Diamond Ø3.75mm / ca. 0.25 ct. color ca.F,G/VS Crown is 9mm at its widest x 3.5 mm deep. Finish hallmarks: Crown , 750, maker's marks not clear, Helsinki, date code I5 / hand-made in 1914. This ring was made at the time when Finland was a part of Russian Empire. Size Ø 6.5 US / 16.92 mm. It was sized in the past. Sizing is possible. Weight: 4.17 grams. Fine used condition.Stone is intact. Secure setting. Minor scratches on the band due to age and wear. Engraved name : Charles. Gemstones may often look differently in different light and weather conditions and time of the day, both indoors and outdoors. Stones of the rings photographed alone may look a bit differently when on hand because your finger makes the back side of the stone closed and light no longer can go through and the color becomes different. Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described. Some buyers tried to make return of the items and to avoid paying shipping and restock expenses claimed that : " color is different from that on image .. " there are inclusions that I didn't notice " "it looks smaller than I expected" .. Unfortunately Internet sales do not allow us to see the items in person before we get them by post.
