About the Item

Vintage wide band Ring with beautifully natural Blue Chalcedony natural stone 13 mm x 10 mm x 6.6 mm / ca. 7 ct, of fancy cabochon cut. The color is light Blue, with numerous tiny inclusions inside visible under x 10 magnification. The band is from 6 mm to 12 mm at widest. Swedish ring. Hallmarked 18K, workshop's hallmarks, city of Stockholm. Marks of the year: C9 / hand-made in 1954. Engraved: " På 20 årsdagen av .. " / On 20 years ' day from .. Name of the giver not clear to read. Size: Ø 6.5US / 16.92 mm. It was sized before. Weight: 5 grams Fine used condition. Stone in perfect shape with very very minor scratches on surface visible under x 10 magnification only. Stones of the rings photographed alone may look a bit differently when on hand because your finger makes the back side of the stone closed and light no longer can go through and the color becomes different. Stones with closed backs may seem darker than stones with open backs. Such nuances of color perception do not give any excuse to claim item to be not as described.
