Displayed is a classic and unique Colombian emerald compass prong solitaire emerald-cut engagement or right-hand ring in 14K yellow gold. This gorgeous solitaire ring carries a full 3.10-carat emerald in a four-prong setting. This stunning setting aligns the prongs to the cardinal point of a compass. Each claw points to North, East, South, and West in contrast to the traditional "box" style arrangement when the prongs are set on the corners. Fully faceted, this gemstone showcases excellent shine. The emerald has very good clarity with minor flaws that are normal in all genuine emeralds, but no carbon spots (black) or harsh flaws are found in this beauty! The gem has a stunning green color and very good luster. An ideal solitaire, perfect for everyday use!
