About the Item
Here we a charming diamond solitaire ring. The piece originally dates back to the Victorian period and showcases a chunky old pear cut diamond at the centre of the face. This lone stone sits proud in cut-collet oxidised silver head before the piece is finished with a slim 18ct yellow gold band for contrast.
This ring started life as a Victorian stick pin but has been expertly transformed into a more practical everyday ring by master antique jewellery restorer and re-designer, Gaetano Chiavetta.
