This beautiful antique 18kt gold diamond solitaire ring really shines.
A handsome piece set into rich 18kt yellow gold with ornately engraved chunky shoulders, the face housing a twinkling white brilliant cut diamond, claw set with gold prongs.
It has a slim, smooth polished 18kt gold band.
The diamond really stands out on this ring and has plenty of sparkle on movement.
This would make a perfect alternative engagement ring or an amazing gift for someone Special.
It has been loved and cherished and well worn, the diamond is a later brilliant cut replacement with an estimated 0.35ct weight.

The band is fully hallmarked for 18ct gold, London Assay office, 1850, early Victorian era.
