Belle Époque Colombian emerald solitaire ring. Set centrally with a cushion shape old cut natural Colombian emerald in a open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.46 carats, to an ornate solitaire design featuring an intricately pierced gallery and circular open backholing, leading to trumpeting shoulders featuring ornate carved scrollwork and foliate detail, tapering through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, makers mark 'D T', French, circa 1895, accompanied by Gem and Pearl lab report #22879
