About the Item
Colombian emerald and diamond flank solitaire ring. Set to centre with a rectangular emerald-cut natural Colombian emerald with minor oil, in an open back claw setting with a weight of 2.08 carats, further set with thirty six round eight-cut diamonds in open and closed back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.45 carats, to an impressive solitaire design featuring curving claws, a linear pierced gallery and open and closed backholing, leading to solid shoulders and flowing through to a smooth D-shape shank. Marked platinum, circa 1925, accompanied by Carat Gem Lab report #CGL19347 and AGL report #1114811.
