A fine and impressive antique 1.45 carat (total) trilogy/three stone diamond and contemporary platinum ring; part of our diverse diamond jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This impressive diamond three stone ring has been crafted in platinum.
The pierced decorated contemporary mount (circa 2015) displays a central antique old European round cut diamond flanked by two slightly smaller old European round cut diamonds (circa 1900).
The elevated, pierced decorated tapering ring shoulders integrate with the claw / prong setting and blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked platinum ring shank.
The hallmarks include the platinum fineness mark 950, maker's mark 'DOM' and the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor).
This impressive trilogy ring is supplied with three independent diamond grading certificates.
Condition
This 1.45 carat diamond ring is fine quality, displaying an impressive set of very high colour graded antique old cut diamonds.
One of the diamonds has been graded P1 due to a small cluster of inclusions near one of the claws.
These inclusions are not black carbon deposits, and are fairly discreet and have little impact upon the diamond's brilliance.
The ring is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks.
Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of diamond jewelry/estate jewelry.
