About the Item
A stunning antique Victorian 3.11 carat sapphire and 0.90 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow gold trilogy ring; part of our diverse antique jewelry collections.
This stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian sapphire ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold.
The scrolling, pierced decorated setting is ornamented with a central feature 3.11Ct oval mixed cut sapphire, held in relief between two swallow-tip claw/prong settings.
The sapphire is flanked on either side by an Old European round cut diamond.
Four smaller Dutch cut diamonds accent the setting to complete the scrolling design.
The scrolling, groove decorated integrate with the main setting and meld with the plain ring shank.
This antique Victorian trilogy ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18k gold.
The ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card, in addition to a sapphire report supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services*, London.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the sapphire originating in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.

Condition
This stunning antique gemstone ring is exceptional quality set with sapphire and very well color matched, very high color graded old cut diamonds. The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition.
