1.60ct+ The main stone of this lot is PARAIBA vivid green blue neon tourmaline from Brazil. It is a gem with a charming electric blue tone and is quite rare. At the end of the last century, the PARAIBA mine in Brazil had been exhausted and the ore veins disappeared. Because it is difficult to pick, rare and valuable, high-quality Paraiba is mostly cut into pear or oval shapes in order to preserve every bit of beauty as much as possible. In fact, Paraiba tourmalines over one carat are extremely rare.
