About the Item
Here we have a lovely sapphire and diamond three stone ring. The focal marquise shaped sapphire sits bezel set at the centre of the piece and is flanked on either side by a single round shaped diamond; one white and one blue.
This piece started life as a Victorian brooch but has been masterfully transformed into more wearable ring by antique jewellery restorer/re-designer, Gaetano Chiavetta.
