About the Item
A rare pair of Victorian Neoclassical Revival silver plated candelabra by Elkington
Co.
Each candelabrum has a fluted column that rests on three paw feet that also support anthemion aprons. The feet are bolted to a stepped base.
The central candleholder is integral and the remaining four candleholders are each supported on detachable arms. Each arm is numbered with either an Arabic number or a strike mark corresponding to a square opening. Each arm has an attached dependent chain that appears to be original.
Simply a boldly striking pair of candelabra from Elkington!

They are in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition There are a few light dings and scratches here and there, along with with some very fine
light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age. All in all, they are well preserved for their age.
