Monogram appears to be J on one, B on the other (see photos).
These handwrought, rounded front napkin holders feature a lightly hammered finish.
Opening measures approx 2 5/8 x 3/4". The napkin holder is approx 13/16" wide at center.

Marked RANDAHL HANDWROUGHT STERLING A88
Very nice condition with some slight surface scratching and light tarnish.
