About the Item

Sterling silver gold wash bowl sugar sifter by Tiffany Co in the English King pattern. No monogram This sugar sifter is in Tiffany's intricate and decorative version of a King pattern, which was designed by Charles Grosjean in 1885. King patterns were very popular in the late 19th century. This piece features a beautiful ornately pierced gold washed bowl. The M hallmark date this piece to manufacture under the directorship of Edward C. Moore, 1873-91. Does not include Tiffany box or pouch. Measures approx 6 1/8" long, 2 3/8" wide across bowl. Weighs approx 49.8g, 32.0dwt Marked TIFFANY CO STERLING PAT 1885 M Very nice condition with some slight surface scratching and mild tarnish. Will come packaged securely and in a gift box or pouch when possible (not a Tiffany box or pouch) and will be shipped US Priority Mail with insurance. Does not include Tiffany Co box or pouch.
