In the shape of scallop shell with a tab handle that has repoussé and stippled decoration.
Simply a great piece of early American coin silver!

Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition. There are light bends to the scalloped edges of the bowl (tips are bent down), some light over-polishing, a few spots of persistent tarnish here
there, some very fine
light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
