In hand-hammered sterling silver.
Designed by Angelo Mangiarotti.
Produced by Cleto Munari in an edition of 300.
Mangiarotti (1921-2012) was an Milanese-born architect and designer who was at the cutting edge of Italian design in the 20th Century. He had his own architecture firms in both Milan
Tokyo and also taught architecture internationally throughout the United States, Europe,
Australia. Mangiarotti also had friendships with many of the other architectural titans of his time, including Frank Lloyd Wright, Walter Gropius,
Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
Both pieces are signed and numbered 61/300/04.
