Antique Art Nouveau 18k gold pocket watch, high relief case, decorated with diamonds. Case is 23mm in diameter. With porcelain dial and original filigree hands. Suspended on a 14k gold Nouveau floral lapel brooch, with diamonds. Overall size of the piece is 58mm x 33mm. Marked 14k on the brooch. Marked inside the watch case: 18k, 149986. Movement signed : C.H.Meylan, 17597, adjusted. Weight - 24.6 grams.
