A 14ct Rose Gold Erotic Automaton Swiss Full Hunter Quarter Repeater Keyless Lever Pocket Watch C1890s.
Dial: A white enamel dial with Roman Numerals outer minute track with Arabic numerals, a sub second dial with blued steel spade hands.
Case: The 14ct Gold full hunter watch with plain front and back covers. The repeater slide on the side. The hallmarked Swiss case with the inner cuvette engraved with the description of the movement. The inner cuvette has a secret compartment which open to reveal a very erotic scene of two men and a woman in beautifully painted hard enamel. The figure moves when the repeat slide is operated.
Movement: The Swiss Nickel finished movement which is fully jewelled but unsigned is of excellent quality. It chimes the hours and quarters very clearly.
This pocket watch is important and rare to find because of the excellent condition it is in. This type of watch was considered a novelty in the Victorian era.

Baume. A Swiss 18ct yellow gold, full hunter keyless lever minute repeater pocket watch, C1890s.
Dial: A perfect white enamel Roman numeral dial with outer minute track and subsidiary seconds dial with blued steel spade hands and blued steel seconds hand.
Case: The heavy Swiss hallmarked 18ct yellow Gold case with monogram to front cover and dated 23rd April 1900. The back cover is plain as is the inner cuvette. All cases are numbered and hallmarked. The push button to make the watch chime is to the side of the case.
Movement: The beautifully signed movement by Baume, which is fully jewelled has compensated balance and tourbillion style bridge which is a very unusual layout for a minute repeater. The highly polished fly wheel which is visible on the top plate together with the polished hammers to the side.
