About the Item
Our wonderful half hunter pocket watch features a 50mm (exc crown) 9k yellow gold case by Dennison (hallmarked for 1924) and is powered by a 15 jewel Lagaros A movement by Record Watch company (Switzerland). Presented in superb condition, there are some light signs of use, but this is easily one of the best half hunters we have handled. Lagaros was acquired by Record in 1924, becoming the Lagaros A movement. Record were recognised for making some of the best quality timekeepers (watches, clocks, movements) in period, and were a supplier to the British army during World War 2. Total weight: 92.8g
