Own a bit of history with this exceptional ladies heirloom timepiece from Waltham American Watch Company. This exquisite pocket watch is made of fourteen karat 14K yellow gold and has been meticulously hand engraved on both the back and the front. Attached is a 14 karat yellow gold watch double fob with twin gold curb chains; one finished with a puffed heart charm and the other has a decorative ball charm. Crafted in 1897, this Waltham American Riverside pocket watch is size 6S with 17 jewels and bears the serial number 6031376. The watch has a 3/4 split plate acid etched movement in an R
F case number 34115 with a 1- 1/2 inch diameter. The enamel white watch face has Roman numerals and a subsidiary second hand dial. The timepiece is in working and in overall good condition. There is a slight crack in the enamel on the face between the numbers 5 and 8 and an small indent on the ball charm both characteristics consistent with its age.
