This fine and impressive antique pocket watch has been crafted in 9k yellow gold. This antique pocket watch is fitted with a circular antique white face ornamented with black hour Roman numerals and encircled with a plain black chapter ring of minute markers. The watch face further incorporates a seconds subdial to the lower portion. The manual wind watch is fitted with blue steel watch hands; these functional hands are operated by drawing the winder out and turning accordingly. The watch face is framed within a plain yellow gold case, accented with a ribbed crown/winder to one side. The pocket watch features a plain ring loop attachment, conjoining the body to either side of the winder. The watch face is visible via an incorporated push fit catch; operated by depressing the crown/winder. The push fit caseback opens to reveal a plain compartment, to allow a personal memento to be stored within if so desired. This back portion features a secondary cover which opens to reveal the original mechanism, crafted by the renowned horologist company Waltham; this calibre bears the markings 'A.W.W.Co', 'Waltham Mass' and '17 Jewels'.
