They are all still fitted with their original strap, buckle and box. The brand Aerotel was imported to the U.S. by the legendary watchmaker J.J. Spurlock. Spurlock was a renowned watchmaker in Los Angeles. He and his good friend C. E. DeLong designed the escapement now used by Omega, as the Co-Axial Escapement. Aerotel was imported into the United States as a brand name. The company Aerotel was owned by Gaston Breitling. William Breitling took over in 1935, These watches are at the highest level of watchmakers skill. A quick glance at the movements and one can see the workmanship and Anglage on the steel work. These watches have never even been serviced. We purchased them originally from the estate of Mrs. J.J. Spurlock who kept her husbands company alive until the mid 1970's even though he had been dead for nearly 20 years.
