About the Item
Our vintage Longines features a 9k gold case which measures 33mm (35 inc crown) by 42.4mm (lug to lug) and is powered by a manually wound 17 jewel movement. The case is stamped Baume (the sole importer for Longines in period). The dial, patinated is very attractive with Arabic evens and sub dial for seconds. We date manufacture by the hallmark of the case and the movement's serial (76****) to 1948. A very practical post war Longines watch. No box or papers are present, a presentation pouch will be included at point of sale.
