This unique art deco watch is finely constructed by hand. The bracelet likely the original one is full size and can be shorted to fit your wrist. It is made in steel though.
The diamonds are genuine but the rubies are likely synthetic, which was common on these watches for consistent color matching. The movement is a high grade Swiss Caliber and it keeps excellent original time. You can wear this watch for all types of occasions, dress or casual and it will make a great family heirloom as well.
