Oliva Newton-John is best known as leading lady Sandy who starred alongside Hollywood legend John Travolta in Grease, one of the most popular movies of all time. Its enormous popularity has endured through the years - when it was re-released for its 20th anniversary in 1998 it ranked as the second highest-grossing film behind Titanic in its opening weekend. Its soundtrack is also one of the most successful in history, with the single "You're the One That I Want", with John Travolta, one of the best selling singles of all time. Besides achieving legendary status as an actress, she is an amazingly accomplished singer. We have not cleaned or polished the watch or done anything to the outside of it - we left it just as we acquired it. Its crystal is quite scratched from significant use. The only work we have done on the watch is one of our Master Watchmakers has disassembled the movement inside down to the last screw and fully serviced it making it ready for immediate enjoyment and for use for many years to come ($595 value). The clean and functional watch, a considerable success for Omega, possessed a number of designed elements that made it stand out: An ellipse shape with recessed crown determined to be the best geometric shape for the wrist, determined after extensive study Unicoc case with hermetically sealed crystal water-resistant to a depth of 30m.
