English Regency Mahogany Lazy Susan, Rotary Display Turntable, Large Scale
Located in Stamford, CT
English Regency mahogany Lazy Susan, rotary display turntable, dating to the Regency period, circa 1830. Of generous scale proportion at 20 inches diameter. Superb figuring accentuates this generously wide Lazy Susan. Displays a desirable aged patina and is in good working order.

This piece shows incredible craftsmanship, the rim of the disc is hand carved out of the single board of mahogany, very difficult to do by hand. Rotates smoothly upon a stout turned column over wide tripod base. Very stable.
