A Mink Look, Contemporary Still Life Photograph by Roni Horn
By Roni Horn
Located in New York, NY
A Mink Look, Contemporary Still Life Photograph by Roni Horn, 1998 Signed, titled, dated, and numbered in pencil, verso Iris print on Monadnock paper (Edition of 15) 20 x 27 inches Roni Horn's A Mink Look (1998) exemplifies the artist's fascination with subtle details in nature, presented through an image that blurs the boundary between portraiture and abstraction. This Iris print, rendered on Monadnock paper in a limited edition of 15, captures a cropped, close-up view of a mink, focusing on the rich texture of its fur. The composition, measuring 20 x 27 inches, isolates the animal's form from its surroundings, reducing it to an abstract play of curves and tonal variations. The neutral background highlights the luxurious depth and sheen of the mink’s coat...

By Corneille
Located in Union City, NJ
L' ARBRE EXTATIQUE is an original hand drawn limited edition lithograph printed using hand lithography techniques on archival Somerset paper, 100% acid free, by the Dutch artist known as CORNEILLE(Guillaume van Beverloo) an abstract expressionist who co-founded the 20th Century experimental art movement CoBrA recognized for their spontaneous, rebellious style of painting that was heavily inspired by the art of children and the mentally ill. Corneille devises his colorful fantastic imagery with exotic plant forms, sensuous female bodies, animals and lively pattern design. L' ARBRE EXTATIQUE confronts the viewer with a bold exotic yellow female nude set against a deep black background.
