One lamp is ingeniously fashioned from a defused flare gun, resting atop a horseshoe base. The other a mounted Copper Bugle, supported by an 8-inch diameter base. Both have been newly French wired for electricity.

Chiesa comes from an artistic family, he opened his own glass making studio, Botega di Pietro Chiesa in 1921 Milan. Chiesa concentrated mainly on designing glass, he treated glass like a valuable material.
