7 Ciel Chandelier by Ludovic Clément d Armont
By Ludovic Clément d’Armont
Located in Geneve, CH
7 Ciel chandelier by Ludovic Clément d'Armont Every creation of Ludovic Clément d’Armont can be made to order in any requested dimensions. Please contact us for custom made creations. 2020 Materials: Polished brass, canopy, blown glass, LEDs Dimensions: diameter 55 x 100 cm After the lights evoking the Stars, the Moon and Planets, Semeur d’étoiles (Star Sower) wanted to propose a sky evocating piece. Thus, this chandelier consists of glassware reproducing a cloudy sky. Ciel (Sky) glassware can also be mounted differently: table lamp, mobile chandeliers, necklace chandelier. This is only an example. We manufacture bespoke chandeliers: size, quantity, finishes, light, textures. Ludovic Clément d’Armont is the creator of Semeur d’étoiles. That is the continuation of a family tradition of centuries of gentle glassmakers, painters, carpenters and artists. Both an engineer and an artist, he combines creative emotions with optical, electronic, thermal, environmental, electrical, chemical, color, energy, mechanical and medical considerations. His pleasure is do discuss with you to achieve the ideal piece. Ludovic presents his approach: “First, the simplicity of my work is based on a fundamental thought, nature and science are similar. My creative process marks the identity of mathematics and nature, the selective experimentation of the nature and human research lead to the same decisions. «That is why, analysis and experimentation mingle in my creation. Because the intelligence of nature is the long time of his experiments, just like that of man is the number of its research. The aesthetic result aims to illustrate and proclaim this, in a dreamy and amazed shout, showing the fusion of sciences and life. The place of man inside the Universe is thus clear: humanism becomes the demonstrated organization of society.» Semeur d’étoiles designs and manufactures lighting artworks: sculptures, chandeliers, lighting walls and ceilings Eco-friendly design is our DNA embarrassed by prestigious clients such as Vincent Darré, Bismut & Bismut, LVMH and State of Craft. Our signature is a soothing French Art de...
