Every closet needs a black midi skirt, and this late 80's - early 90's Chanel is crafted from panels of supple leather for a classic high-rise silhouette. Designed in a relaxed pencil shape, it fastens with one wide rectangular metal internal hook and eye (see pictures 11 & 12) and eight signature clover embossed gold metal buttons along one side. Fully lined in matching black silk for a smooth fit, the skirt is labeled a French size 42 (US 10) but runs a bit small to size. Wear it with a cropped top or bodysuit to complement the high-rise waist. Tucked-in turtleneck is another great option !
