A magnificent late 19th-century Persian Heriz Serapi rug featuring a bold rust red field with striking corner spandrels in abrash French blue and soft pink. The richly layered central medallion is rendered in navy, French blue, red, and golden yellow, radiating balance and symmetry. A deep navy border encloses the composition with intricate floral and geometric motifs in a vibrant palette of green, pink, blue, and red.
