Carlyle Hotel Residence

Lee Ledbetter Associates provided full architectural and interior design services for a 2,500-square-foot, three-bedroom residence on the 19th floor of The Carlyle Hotel in New York City. Exterior work included restoring three terraces, removing a large 1980s greenhouse, reopening part of the west terrace and adding two steel conservatories to enhance light and views toward Central Park. Inside, the home features custom walnut millwork with nickel and antique mirror detailing, a bespoke kitchen and breakfast room and thoughtfully selected furniture and art pieces that blend classic modern design with custom creations.
