Complete commercial remodel transforming a 1971 auto shop into an elevated salon experience for celebrity hairstylist Daniel K Palmer.

This adaptive reuse project required reimagining industrial bones as an intimate, sophisticated salon environment. The design balances operational functionality—proper lighting, plumbing, storage, and workflow—with an atmosphere that feels more like a private atelier than a traditional salon.

Custom millwork creates discreet storage and defines spatial zones without walls. Material selection focused on durability and beauty: polished concrete floors, natural wood accents, and integrated lighting that flatters both clients and the work being done.

Every detail supports the dual goals of creating an exceptional client experience while facilitating the daily operations of a working salon.
