This was a gut renovation of a 1932 home in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The electrical was knob and tube, the insulation and plumbing were ancient and their was no sense of flow. The third floor had ceilings only 6 2" high so we took them back to the rafters and got a clearance of 10"! Huge undertaking and worth it ! The results are beautiful.
