White oak paneling, luminous plaster, and crafted ceiling curves unify the home from entry to skylit stair hall, culminating in serene bedrooms and Japanese-inspired baths. A comprehensive energy retrofit—including full electrification, solar panels, and daylighting strategies—pairs sustainability with a refined, pared-back architectural language.
