Created for Swire Hotels, The Continental is an all day dining restaurant evocative of Europe s grand cafés.
The concept for the interior respects the iconic architecture designed by Heatherwick Studios and creates an emerald green interior referencing Hong Kong s lush Peak. The restaurant measures 324 square meters and features a total of 185 covers. Rowley Leigh is Chef-Patron.
