Upper East Side Townhouse

A Los Angeles-based television executive and his wife had long wanted a second home in New York City. Both originally from the East Coast, and even after 30+ years in Los Angeles, they haven’t gone a day without dreaming of the energy of New York. They purchased this specific townhouse on the Upper East Side because of its architectural similarities to Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent s Charles Street townhouse (as seen in AD) and hired the firm to respect the historical integrity but also to create a home filled with deeply personal references that they and their two adult sons could use as a home base for all future adventures.
