This is a rare and early example of arguably the most important and iconic Mid Century design ever produced, the Eames lounge and ottoman ( 670/671 ), this version was made in Europe, under license to Martin Fehlbaum by Countura, by Herman Miller circa 1950/1960's. Countura was the precursor to the later Vitra production. The chair and ottoman are in good condition, the veneer chair shell shows evidence of later screws etc, and the upholstery is a later Louis Vuitton vinyl...
