I'm attempting a no-buy January, but it's proving to be more complicated than I thought. One: I shop for a living. Two: Zara's new arrivals are so chic this week. Three: If it's under $50, there's a high chance it's coming home with me. (I blame girl math.) Every fashion lover has a weakness, mine just so happens to be a chic, affordable find. A $50 H&M skirt that resembles runway Prada—I call it a must-have. A flirty lace-trim slip for just $48. How could I say no? Straight off my wish list is a pair of brown suede sneakers that just so happen to be on sale. It's fate, I fear.

To stay true to my no-buy January, I decided to make note of every chic under-$50 fashion find that caught my eye. Below are the 31 affordable fashion buys I can't stop thinking about.
