My 2025 End-of-Year Shopping Favorites: 31 Products I Tried and Loved This Year
As the year comes to a close, something starts to happen at the start of December: Everyone begins sharing their “Wrapped”—a look back at their most-listened-to music of the year. It got me thinking about my own version of a yearly roundup: the purchases I reached for again and again throughout 2025.
For clothes, I focused on the pieces that became true staples: the Geel Brynn Skirt, Swedish Stockings tights, Vagabond boots, Camper flats, Cou Cou Intimates pointelle basics, and my rotation of cashmere sweaters. With beauty, the standouts were just as clear—from Chanel Les Beiges foundation to Rōz’s serum and oil.
I added a handful of new home favorites this year too: a Parachute pillow I now swear by, a twin-size blanket I keep on my Sundays Company Movie Night Sofa, and bedding from Studio Sutram.
Below, 31 of the products I tried and truly loved since last January.
Clothing
Argyle made an unexpected comeback in the fashion world this year, and I couldn’t stop wearing it in the form of these Swedish Stockings—my new favorite tights brand.
I first found out about the Gap Breathe underwear line after reading a glowing review on Magasin.
For a moment, I was afraid I'd never wear anything but my J.Crew Rollneck again. There was a four-day stretch where I literally couldn’t take it off. I can think of at least four editors who own it too—we were once on a call where three of us showed up wearing the same sweater. And now I just saw it’s available to monogram as well.
Beauty
Would you believe I went to two different Erewhons to find this the last time I was in L.A.? My best friend put me on to it, and I was determined to get a bottle for myself—she always grabs a few whenever she’s there for work. I know it sounds ridiculous (the people I was with kept asking, “Why do you want this hand sanitizer so badly?”), but I’m extremely picky about what I put on my hands. I can’t stand anything that feels sticky. I love how it smells, with notes of eucalyptus, clove, and cinnamon.
While I hadn’t owned a true foundation in years—being a devoted skin-tint person—I finally found one I can’t stop wearing: the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation Hydration and Longwear. It passes the “I can’t even feel I’m wearing it” test, and it’s noncomedogenic.
Honestly, I put off trying Rōz products for a long time because of the price point. Having finally tried them this year, I vouch for them hand to heart. My hair gets weighed down by products super easily, and none of the brand's have ever done that. I’ll keep purchasing the Milk Hair Serum…
Home
I’ve tried many pillows in my life—I’m quite particular about them. A friend of mine shares the same affliction; she even said she wishes she could be matched with her perfect pillow. (I agree.) After plenty of trial and error, my search is over: the Down Pillow from Parachute in the medium density.
My beloved Sundays Company Movie Night Sofa, which I did a full review on in November.
Another thing I’m finicky about is having a blanket that fully covers me when I'm watching TV on the above couch. I want to feel completely enveloped—I need my feet covered at all times. I’m thrilled to share that I got a twin-size quilt, and it makes the perfect couch throw.
