This High-Street Autumn Drop Is Guaranteed to Put a Smile on Your Face

During the autumn months, our wardrobes tend to become a sea of beiges, browns and blacks, and while we will always love the enduring appeal of a minimalist colour palette, now more than ever, we're craving endorphins in fashion form. Well, this season, Monki is the place to go for feel-good style, whether you're looking for paintbox brights, psychedelic prints or elevated accessories. 

While many of the below fall into the fun fashion camp, it certainly does not mean that they lack in longevity. After all, some of my favourite wardrobe heroes come in a lively print or standout hue. I'm thinking that Monki's green button-up midi dress would look unbelievably chic with a classic camel coat and brown boots or even layered over jeans for a more unexpected A/W 21 spin. The colourful base layers are also a highlight, coming in everything from leopard print to Barbie pink. I recommend using them to give personality to classic white shirts or neutral-coloured summer dresses. Or simply pair them with wide-leg jeans for a very easy yet impactful weekend look.
