I Give This High-Street Coat 24 Hours Before It Sells Out

Niche though it may sound, Monki's "squiggle" print (technical term there) has been a real success story for the brand over the last 12 months. Firstly, there were the squiggle-print trousers, which both myself and Editor in Chief Hannah Almassi snapped up. They promptly sold out and continued to do so through multiple restocks. Thus followed everything from squiggle-print dresses to bikinis, and like the original style, none of them remained on shelves for long. Well, we are happy to announce that Monki has just dropped what we consider to be the best iteration of the squiggle print to date, and of course, it comes in coat form.

With a very A/W 21 fuzzy texture, a loose longline fit and a dramatic monochrome colourway, this just may win the prize for this year's coolest statement-making high-street coat. We've already spotted the style on the likes of Lindsey Isla and Olivia and Alice, and we have a feeling we'll see many more where that came from before the year is out. All we're going to say is this: If you want to invest in this coat, then we would recommend not hanging around because, as history shows us, it won't stay in stock for long.
