Net-a-Porter's Guide to Spring Dressing Is Here, and I'm One Giddy Girl

If there's any site I can count on to get me excited about a new season, it's Net-a-Porter. The luxury retailer never (and I do mean never) misses when it comes to what's new and now in fashion. Take its spring campaign, for example. When the images first landed in my inbox, I thought to myself, yep, this is it. This campaign features all the trends I've been eager to wear for months now with a cool and colorful spin on styling. There are four particular trends that I'll be wearing all season long, and the fact that they have Net-a-Porter's stamp of approval is just the icing on the cake.

Palm Beach and Beverly Hills are both home to iconic hotels dripping in pink-and-green galore, so wearing those two shades immediately makes me feel like I'm on a sunny vacation. It's the perfect vibe to channel as we enter into spring, but I wouldn't wait until you're next OOO to start wearing this trending color combo. Net-a-Porter's spring campaign features head-to-toe looks in Kelly green and bubblegum pink, but I say any hue is fair game, from the hot fuchsias and corals of the world to the limes and mints. Hesitant to go so bold so soon? Ease into the trend with accessories like this woven Bottega bag or these truly stunning Versace platform pumps.

I love the idea of making a statement in an all-white outfit, which is surprising coming from someone who should probably still be required to wear a bib at every meal. (Don't say I never took a fashion risk!) Something feels very fresh about a whiteout moment, and it's a great opportunity to show off a fun, new accessory. Let Net-a-Porter inspire you with a long, white dress in any number of fabrics, or opt for bright white separates. There are no rules with this trend.

You've likely caught on to the fact that there's absolutely nothing boring about fashion this spring, and this next trend might just be my favorite. It's all about the little details that bring big drama. Think an exaggerated ruffle sleeve, a look-at-me accessory, or a funky styling trick. (Hello, socks paired with heeled sandals.) Allow this bold trend to give you permission to unapologetically take on a "more is more" attitude when it comes to dressing up.

I've been known to take being "fashionably late" a bit too seriously, so I'm grateful that statement one-pieces like bright dresses and tailored jumpsuits are having a moment. This trend is about as foolproof as it gets. Plus, it feels rather chic and effortless. I'm personally in favor of colorful pieces like this Loulou dress and this Norma Kamali jumpsuit. But if prints are more your thing, then more power to you.
