We have good news, and we have bad news. The good news is spring is only 20 days away. The bad news is spring is traditionally a tough season to dress for. Ideally, spring dressing involves breezy dresses, open-toed shoes, and nothing but a light jacket to keep you comfortable and stylish, but the reality is spring involves drastic temperature changes, rain, some optimistically warm days, characteristically cold days, and more rain.
